Cheesy Potato Casserole

Today we cooked cheesy potato casserole for our niece's graduation party. We took the following receipe times 10. We mixed them today and will cook tomorrow. I like to mix them up and let them sit in the fridge for 24 hours then cook. Cheesy Potato Casserole Ingredients: 2 lbs frozen hash browns 1/2 cup butter 1 (10.5 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup diced onions salt and pepper to taste crumbled plain potato chips on top Defrost potatoes, melt butter and mix together all ingredients. Put crumbled chips on top Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 baking dish. I think there is about 500 calories per serving. Enjoy!
